The programme lineup is as follows

  • an open call for music submissions from May 30 to August 5.
  • a pre-screening of submissions will be from August 5 to August 8
  • main screening will be done between August 9 and 16
  • a nominees unveiling will be done on August 17
  • voting will be opened on the AFRIMA website on August 24 for 24 hours
  • the awards will be held from November 3 to November 6

The awards will include a soiree, a host tour, the African Music Business Summit and a nominees’ party as part of the activities that make up the entire program.
