Nigerian Superstar, Ayo Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, has announced the release date of his next album, ‘More Love, Less Ego’, to be August 5, 2022.

Taking to his Instagram story, the music star revealed not only the date of release, but also some featured artistes on the album. He mentioned TY Dolla $ign, BNXN, Flame, Naira Marley and Skepta.

MLLE comes two years after the release of Made In Lagos album which saw many nominations and some awards. The album had a couple of hit songs which topped charts, especially ‘Essence’ which became a global hit and stay on top of charts for weeks.

The EP went live across digital platforms at midnight of November 19, 2021, as earlier scheduled.

Barnabas EP houses 7 tracks with a runtime of 21 minutes. Kizz Daniel features two artists: The Caveman and Kelvyn Colt.

The EP has been described by Apple Music as “an experimental, genre-bending collection of songs of encouragement.” While announcing the project a few weeks ago, Kizz Daniel said it would feed music lovers “body, mind and soul this season.”

It houses the still buzzing hit love song ‘Lie’ which is track number 6.

Worlasi’s 3rd studio album; WORLA – THE MAN & THE GOD, is a collaborative album with his day one band – SENKU; who WORLASI gives production & composition credits to. The 10 track album was recorded live. An album inspired by the great Ghanaian band OSIBISA — a vibe of native elements, comedic compositions & great musicianship through and through.

The listening session saw him perform 5 of the songs off the upcoming 10-track album scheduled for release on the 1st of December.

Worla’s sound continues to growth in depth. From the traditional elements, distinct lyrics, unique style of tap & song that keeps his verses sought after by many of his fellow artists. His native tongue; Ewe is still very dominant in the songs we heard with a few verses of pidgin laced in.
