KiDi To Rease New Single Ahead of Ep

Lynx Entertainment signee, KiDi, ahead of his 4th Ep has announced on Tuesday September 6, an upcoming single titled “Champagne”.

In the snippet shared on his official Instagram page, KiDi can be seen dancing to the song. The post was captioned “Grab a glass, THIS THURSDAY 08/09/22. We drink good #CHAMPAGNE 11. We’re about to be OUTSIDE all September in Europe

Champagne is an uptempo song about drinking champagne and having fun (outside), and it is produced by Nigerian producer Telz, who is known for the producer tag “Funkula” and many other bangers.

It is believed that, this is one song that will feature on his Ep 4, along with his other songs.

KiDi Opens Up About Relationship With Label Mate, Kuami Eugene

Dennis Nana Kwaku Dwamena, popularly known as Kidi, has made clear his honest feeling about the alleged competition between himself and his label mate, Kuami Eugene.

In an interview on Starr FM with Bliss Kingg, the reigning VGMA artiste of the year, Kidi, said that it is good to have a healthy competition just to keep you in check and motivated. He also said, that the competition is not just among him and Kuami Eugene but with every musician and entertainment personality in the entertainment space.

He ceased the opportunity to encourage musicians to engage in healthy competitions to help step up each others’ games.

Headies nominees, Best West African Artiste Of The Year

Ghanaian music stars Kidi, Amaarae and Gyakie found their names in the nominees list of this year’s awards, which was released today Tuesday May 24, 2022.

All three singers were nominated for the Best West African Artiste Of The Year category. This category seem to be a competitive one as it comprises of the likes of Aya Nakamura from Mali, Angelique Kidjo from Benin and Nelson Freitas from Cape Verde.

In the just ended Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, all three took home awards each from different categories. it was however a bigger win for Kidi this year who landed the ultimate award of all, The Artiste of the Year.

It is hoped that one of these stars brings the award home.

Kuami Eugene & Kidi Announce Europe Tour.

The Rockstar, Kuami Eugene and The Sugar Daddy, Kidi of Lynx Entertainment record label, both took to their social media pages to announce their upcoming tour in some 10 European cities this September.

The 10 cities listed on the post were Vienna, Munich, Cologne, Berlin, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Copenhagen, Oslo, Stockholm and Hamburg. Date and venue for all shows are yet to be released.

The two multi-award winning artistes recently nailed a spectacular show at the Indigo O2 Arena in the UK on the day of Ghana’s independence.
