Young Nigerian Afrobeats sensation, Ayra Starr, premiered her new single, “Ase” on Colors Show, on Tuesday 7th, June, 2022.
The song “Ase”, speaks about Gen’s feeling of revulsion for societal double standards and hypocrisy.
Ayra taped into her Yoruba heritage in this new single, and drew inspiration from Yoruba folk music which blends with pop element.
In performance at the Colors Show were Doja Cat, Jorja Smith, Flo Mille, D Smoke and a couple other artistes.
