Kobby G’s ‘Party Gbee’ out

Kobby G, Ghanaian fast-rising songwriter and musician known in real life as George Adu-Boahene Jnr is a Hiplife, Hip-hop, Dancehall artist.

He was born on July 31st and hails from Akeym Asafo in the Eastern Region of Ghana. He fell in love with the entertainment industry right after University and started off as a presenter.

He had his Senior High Education at the Presbyterian Boys Senior High School (Presec, Legon) and graduated from Central University with a degree in Business Management.

From there, he was a TV presenter and producer for Accra based Metropolitan Television better known as Metro TV till October 2017.

During his time there, he was the producer and host of the “Click Show” which was an entertainment segment on the “Good Morning Ghana” Show and the Reggae and Dancehall edition on Playlist.

He was also the lead Entertainment producer and presenter as well as the content developer which helped the “Playlist Show” secure nominations at the RTP awards.

Kobby G is also a Voice Over Artist working with major brands such as ABL, Dragon Energy Drink, Inestfly and more.

He’s also a budding actor and is currently the brand’s manager and Special Project Lead for “Bless The Mic”.
