The Student Representative Council (SRC) of the University for Development Studies (UDS) Wa Campus has awarded the Teflon Flexx also known as Northern Badboy as this year’s ‘Artist of the Year’ at the SRC Intercom Award 2019, which happened on April 1, 2019.
According to the organisers, Teflon Flexx’s hard work and consistency earned him this prestigious award and they believe he will take Northern music far than his forerunners in the Ghanaian music industry.
In an interview with the artiste, he said, he is grateful to organisers for honouring him with this award “I promise to always be the best to maintain this honour, getting an award is a great responsibility and that means I have to work extra harder. No more sleep”
